Looking for the right place to stay especially a hotel which is a worth paying for  can be frustrating. believe me — I’ve been there. It wasn’t easy , I used to spend much more time looking through my options and ending up with nothing. 

 I came up with these tips on choosing your hotel that can help you find the perfect place in the city of Cebu based on my experienced.

支払う金額に見合う価値のあるホテルを探すことは、時にストレスな作業と感じることがあります。私は見つけられましたが、やはり簡単なことではありませんでした。以前は、いろいろなホテルを検討するのに多くの時間を費やし、結局何もできませんでした。

私の経験に基づいて、セブで完璧なホテルを見つけるのに役立つヒントをご紹介します。

Tips for choosing the right hotel 適切なホテルを選択するためのヒント

 So, I am here to introduce you to the most significant things every traveler should keep in mind when choosing the perfect accommodation.

自分にピッタリ合った宿泊施設を選ぶとき、すべての旅行者が心に留めておくべき最も重要なことを紹介します。

1.Deciding on the price range 価格設定

An essential part  in the search for the right hotel in Cebu  is setting the price range. 

So, in order to prevent spending too much time searching for the perfect hotel, or looking into places they can’t afford, holidaymakers need to decide on a budget and stick on  it. This way, they will prevent being unsatisfied with what the hotel offers or the amount of money they spent on their trip.

Choosing the right room type is another important decision holidaymakers need to make. There are a lot of people who don’t pay much attention to the size of the room. However, some may feel claustrophobic and algoraphobic where they feel uncomfortable if the room is too small or if its too big so the size really matters .  The cleanliness also matters  as for my opinion its very important as we will be sleeping in the place while we are having a vacay.

適切な部屋タイプを決めることは、旅行者が決めなければならないもう1つの重要な事です。部屋の広さにあまり気を配らない人がたくさんいます。ただし、部屋が小さすぎる場合は、閉所恐怖症の人は不快に感じる場合もあります。私の意見では、清潔さも重要です。休暇を取っている間、その場所で過ごすことになるからです。

4.Double-checking the location 場所を再確認する

Often times, a hotel’s website won’t show the distance between the hotel and the most popular attractions in measuring units like kilometers or miles. In fact, the distance is usually shown in minutes that it would take visitors to reach certain destinations.

Showing distance in minutes isn’t very precise, and it could cause problems for holidaymakers. So before choosing it make sure to use a google map or satellite app to look for it in the best location.

多くの場合、ホテルのHPには、ホテルと人気のある観光地との間の距離がキロメートルやマイルなどの単位で表示されません。実際、距離は通常、旅行者が目的地に到着するのにかかる距離を分単位で表示してます。

To start  with, travelers should decide what they want from the location. For anyone who appreciates tranquility and is bothered by noise, hotels outside of the urban area would be a good option. For those who do not mind the noise and would like to stay in the city center where everything is within reach, then downtown hotels would be a perfect choice.

In addition, it will be useful to check if the hotel has a restaurant or a bar. If there is a restaurant inside the hotel, visitors would not have to walk too long to get a nice meal or a drink.
