2017年10月にセブシティのITパーク内にオープンした本格インドカレーレストラン・Bharat Spice（バラッツ スパイス）は知る人ぞ知る人気店です。Bharat Spiceで提供される料理はインド人オーナーの元で作られ本場の味を楽しむことが出来ます。

Bharat Spiceの値段もそこまで高くなくカジュアルに食べに行くことが出来ます。特にBharat Spiceで食べるナンは格別に美味しいので訪れた際は是非、オーダーしてみて下さい。Bharat Spiceの店舗の規模は40席ほどで予算は300〜700ペソほどです。

Bharat Spice（バラッツ スパイス）の店内はシンプルで特にお洒落な訳ではないですが、カジュアルにご飯に行きたいときなどにちょうど良さそうです。店内には席数はそこそこあるので大人数でBharat Spiceを利用しても良さそうです。

Bharat Spice（バラッツ スパイス）の店舗はセブシティのIT Parkの端の方にあります。日本食屋の知暮里のすぐ横でBharat Spiceは角にあり、わりかし簡単に見つけることが出来ると思います。夜になると可愛い電飾が付いて雰囲気も良いです。

Butter Chicken Half (175ペソ)

Bharat Spice（バラッツ スパイス）のカレーはとんでもなく種類がありますが、その中でもバターチキンは人気が高いようです。量はハーフとフルがありますが、ハーフで一人前、フルで２人前ほどです。大人数でBharat Spiceに行くのであれば、いくつかカレーをオーダーしてシェアしながら色んな味のカレーを頼むことをオススメ致します。

Plane Naan(35ペソ)

Bharat Spiceでカレーを頼んでもナンやご飯は別途で頼まなければなりません。私の個人的なオススメはプレーンのナンです。味自体はシンプルですが窯で焼いた香ばしい味わいが堪らず、値段も35ペソと安いので何枚でも頼めそうですね。ナンを二枚頼むとちょうど一人前ほどの量になります。

・Food is great and probably the best Indian food around here but 4 stars cause 1) their time of opening and closing is not consistent 2)they donot switch on their air con if no one’s inside, so if you’re the first one to go in, expect to sweat while eating spicy food cause it take a while for the air con to cool up the place.

・Pathetic service by the staff, it took an hour to get the food after placing the order. Forget about the food, we did not even get our drinks that we ordered until we were done eating. Disappointing service and nobody cares when you complain, I would rather prefer to go to Cherry’s The Spice anyday instead to going to Bharat Spice.

・The place was clean and had a simple design. Inexpensive food. The first green dish is palak paneer (spinach with cottage cheese) that I paired with chapati and enjoyed it very much. The small dish is mutton (i forgot what it was called), this is only half serving. Next is the chicken tikka masala and vegetable biryani with the sauces. Compared to other indian restaurants I enjoyed my dinner though a bit too much for 2 this couldve been shared by 3 or 4 people.
